The target audience for Future Skills training is high school and gap year students, but undergraduate college students also may find it valuable.

Four full-day modules comprise the Future Skills course.

Module 2 – Critical Thinking, Data Literacy, Empathy, Emotional Intelligence & Time Management

All Sagacity Institute courses are taught synchronously. The Sagacity Day courses are taught online and the Future Skills courses are taught onsite.

In 2025, Professor Michael Fanning will teach all Sagacity Day and Future Skills courses. He is the Founder of the Sagacity Institute and is an associate professor at the University of Southern California and a lecturer at Georgetown University.

Students who successfully complete the Future Skills course will be awarded a certificate from the Sagacity Institute.

Yes. Demonstrating expertise in Future Skills may well be a difference maker for students to gain admission to the college of their choice.

Yes. Students who earn a Future Skills Course certificate may request a recommendation from Professor Fanning.
